TROY DESSERT OPENING THE WORLD

As part of the Respect for History, project, OPET has been working on preserving the natural texture of the Gallipoli Peninsula and creating a contemporary look. Globi brought the region. The dessert that Chef Özlem Mekik re-created with a different touch was added to the menu of restaurants and hotels in Çanakkale with the name of  Çanakkale Troy Dessert.
